I am a 25 year old women trying to live life to its fullest. I am a learner of all the lessons that life has to offer (while still trying to maintain my sanity). I am an advocate for mental health and well being; a lover of travel and human connection, and a believer in the importance of sometimes needing to lose our way to find a better one. I also love to play in the ocean! I believe it is possible to find moments of happiness in the messiness of life. I hope to help others through my experiences, as well as, for me to learn from other’s wealth of wisdom.
